These are the terms and conditions of your sponsorship:

1. This agreement is between In Color Digital Communities (ICDC, a division of In Color) and You, the purchaser of a sponsorship program.
2. WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING. You are purchasing a subscription for the sponsorship of a web site. In order to allow You to advertise your sponsorship, we are providing banner space on the Site. Your sponsorship is appreciated whether or not you choose to utilize the banner space.
   
3. SIGN UP PROCESS. Sponsorship may be initiated and completed by: choosing a particular web site you wish to sponsor, selecting the desired banner size and/or location, paying for the subscription by checking out at paypal.com, returning to incolor.net and uploading a banner and click through url using Manage My Files and finally, submitting a Change Order Request. Your subscription allows you to submit a maximum of one Change Order Request per month.
4. BANNER SPECIFICATIONS. Your banner must be 72 pixels per inch with the exact dimensions outlined on your invoice. You must upload your banner to your file directory with the Manage My Files menu item available on this website when you are logged in with your user account. File types allowed include JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF and SWF. Maximum file size allowed for upload is 10MB each. Maximum file size for finished banners is 70KB.
5. CLICK THROUGH LINK. The Click Through Link is a url to which visitors will be forwarded when they click on your banner. For example, the click through link might be your organization's home page. A fully qualified url is required if you wish to have visitors redirected.
6. BANNER & LINK REVIEW. Banners and links on our sites will be reviewed for inappropriate content prior to and after their initial postings, and we reserve the right to remove any link from out Site which we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, contains "Inappropriate Content." Inappropriate Content includes, but is not limited to, any words, items or graphics of an offensive, lewd, or suggestive nature; material that is in violation of federal, State, or local laws; or material which harms or impugns the image, reputation or or goodwill or ICDC or any of its advertisers or associates. We encourage you to contact us if you feel Inappropriate Content is being displayed on our site.
7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. Your subscription will automatically renew on according to the sponsorship period indicated on your invoice. You may cancel your subscription at anytime before the automatic renewal date. No refunds will be given for partial or full prepaid periods.
8. SUBSCRIPTION GUARANTEE. Your continued subscription is guaranteed only while your credit card information on file with Paypal remains current.
   
9. DECLINED CHARGES. In the event any ICDC charge is declined and you are unable to remedy the situation prior to renewal date, your subscription will be subject to termination at our sole discretion.
10. LIMITED DAMAGES. In no event shall ICDC, its agents, representatives, and independent contractors be liable for any lost profits, lost use, lost benefits, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ICDC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ICDC's cumulative liability to You or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, actions, or otherwise arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the Product. Some states do not allow certain limitations of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to You.
11. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe button here: Upon cancellation, you will accrue no further charges. Your ad will continue to post through the end of the current paid term.
